There will be blood

With all that rain yesterday there was really nothing else to do other than watching Tv or going to the cinema.
I went for the 2nd one (after getting tired of the 1st one…). The chosen movie was “There will be blood”.
Antonella and I incredibly managed to arrive on time, after a long walk under the annoying Dutch rain.
To be honest there’s not point at arriving early at the cinema in Amsterdam, because everybidy arrives at the last moment or even late and you’re forced to stand to let other people pass. I hate that!
Comingt to the movie: I liked it a lot. Daniel Day Lewis is great and luckily his English was clearly comprehensible. A couple of week ago I’ve to see “No country for old men” (great film btw) and Tommy Lee Jones was almost not understandable at all, with that fucking Texan accent and his continuous moaning.
Top moment: when the main character (Lewis) forces the priest to shout “I’m a false prophet and god is a superstition”. AMAZING :)
Quanto ti invidio il fatto che al cinema in Olanda danno le versioni originali. Ho smesso di andare al cinema per i doppiaggi.

il problema e’ che posso vedere solo i film americani, inglesi e italiani. Un film coreano con i sottotitoli in olandese non e’ il massimo :)
Pero’ sono d’accordo: finalmente so i veri titoli dei film e non le stupide traduzioni in italiano!
